Dr. Kristen Haase

Kristen Haase is a nurse scientist and assistant professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Saskatchewan and an affiliated researcher with the Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research. Dr. Haase has a program of research focused on optimizing the cancer experience with two main interests: supporting older adults and their caregivers throughout the cancer trajectory, and leveraging appropriate technologies to support care. Dr. Haase has been recognized as a Bloomberg Emerging Nurse Scholar and is involved in many national and international organizations. She has received funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation, and the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology
